All injuries to players and volunteers occurring during a Little League activity should be reported to the Safety Officer. Here is how:
- Download the Little League Injury Report.
- Complete the injury report, online.
- Submit it to our League Safety Officer at [email protected] as soon as possible.
In general, an injury report should be completed when an incident occurs requiring use of the first aid kit or a player sits out of play following the incident.
